Customer List

Search, filter and sort the customer list, and find customers with a follow-up due

Use the customer list to find a buyer and to see which customers need a call.

Requirements: Customer Directory Access. The Partner column needs Partner Directory Access.

Steps

  1. Select Customers in the sidebar. The heading shows the number of customers.
  2. Enter text in the search box. The box accepts a name, an email address, a phone number, a city or a country.
  3. Select Active or Archived next to Status. The list shows active customers at first.
  4. Select In Country or Overseas next to Location. The default is Anywhere.
  5. Select Follow-up due to show only customers with a due follow-up.
  6. Open the Source menu and select Direct, Through a partner, Referral or Other. The default is Any source.
  7. Open the Sort menu and select an order.
  8. Select Clear to remove the filters.
  9. Select a customer to open the customer page.

On a narrow screen a Filters button replaces the controls. The panel offers the same choices and the button Show results closes it.

  • In Country includes customers without a country. Overseas needs a country that differs from the dealership country.
  • The browser remembers the chosen columns for the next visit.
  • The empty list shows No Customers Yet. A search or filter without results shows No Customers Match.
  • The row menu offers Open, Edit, Archive or Restore, and Delete. See Archive or delete a customer.
