Archive and Delete
Remove a customer from the active list or delete a record created by mistake
Archive a customer who is no longer active. Delete a customer only when the record was created by mistake.
Requirements: The customer update permission to archive or restore, and the customer delete permission to delete. The Owner and Manager roles hold both.

- Select Delete.
- In the dialog Delete and the customer name, select Delete customer.
The toast shows the customer name followed by was deleted.
- Select the checkbox of each customer in the list.

- For a deletion, select Delete and confirm.
A toast reports the customers that changed and the customers that could not change.
- A customer with deals cannot be deleted. The message reads This customer has deals. Archive them instead so the history is kept.
- A deletion cannot be undone.
- In a bulk deletion, customers with deals are kept and reported.
