Exports List

Search, filter, sort and arrange the columns of the exports list

The exports list shows each car with a shipping record. The header states the number of matching cars.

Steps

  1. Open Exports in the sidebar.
  2. Enter text in the search field. The placeholder reads Vehicle, VIN, tracking number, customer…. The field searches the car make and model, the VIN and the plate, the carrier, the references, the vessel, the ports and the container number. It also searches the customer name for team members who may read customers.
  3. Select a stage chip under Stage.
  4. Optional: select a chip under Arrival or Tracking. Select an active chip again to turn it off.
  5. Optional: choose a value in Carrier or Destination. The lists contain the values already recorded on shipping records.
  6. Optional: choose an order in Sort.
