Deal List

Search, filter, sort and arrange the columns of the deals list

Use the deals list to find a deal by customer, car or status and to compare deals.

Requirements: The Deal Pipeline Access permission. The Sale Price column and the price sorting options need Deal Financial Access. The Partner column needs Partner Directory Access. The Commission column needs Partner Commission Access.

Steps

  1. Select Deals in the sidebar. The heading shows the number of deals.
  2. Enter text in the search box. The box accepts a customer name, a make, a model, a VIN or a plate. The list updates after a short pause.
  3. Select one or more status buttons next to Status. The buttons are Open, Won, Lost and Cancelled. A selected button narrows the list to that status. Select a selected button again to remove it.
  4. Select Clear to remove every status selection.
  5. Open the Sort menu and select an order.
  6. Select Columns to show or hide a column.
  7. Select Previous or Next to move between pages. Each page holds 25 deals.
  8. Select a row to open the deal.

Sort options

The two sale price options appear only with Deal Financial Access. The headers #, Sale Price and Updated also sort the list when selected.

Columns

#The deal number. The number links to the deal.
VehicleThe car photo, the car name and the stage of the car. This column cannot be hidden.
CustomerThe customer, linked to the customer page
PartnerThe sales partner, linked to the partner page
StatusThe deal status
Sale PriceThe agreed price. A tooltip shows the amount in the dealership currency for a deal in another currency.
CommissionThe commission amount. Hidden at first.
DueThe expected delivery date. Hidden at first.
UpdatedThe date of the last change

A deal without a car shows No car attached yet in the Vehicle column.

Notes

  • A car that is In Inventory and on an Open deal shows Reserved under the car name. Other cars show their own stage.
  • The browser remembers the chosen columns for the next visit.
  • The empty list shows No Deals Yet. A list narrowed by search or status shows No Deals Match.
  • The row menu offers Open, Edit and Delete. Edit appears only for team members who may change deals and hold Deal Financial Access and Partner Commission Access. Delete appears only for team members who may delete deals.
