Shared Pages

Customer Page

The tabs, the data and the actions of the shared customer page, and the dashboard switches that release data to it

The customer page shows the orders of one customer. The page has five tabs: Overview, My Cars, Payments, Documents and Messages.

What each tab shows

TabContent
OverviewThe customer name, one card for each order and a Contact Dealership button. An order card shows the car, its status, the Expected Delivery date, and the amounts Agreed, Paid and Remaining.
My CarsOne card for each order. The card shows the car details, the shared photos and videos, the shared papers for the car, the shipment and the delivery progress.
PaymentsThe agreed amount, the paid amount and the remaining or overpaid amount for each order. A list shows every payment and refund with its date, method and reference.
DocumentsThe Invoices card, the documents that the dealership shared, and the Send a document button.
MessagesA conversation with the dealership.

Open orders and won orders appear. Lost and cancelled deals do not appear. A customer with several orders switches between them in the sidebar.

The order card

  • Car Details: body type, engine, transmission, fuel, color, mileage and VIN, when recorded. The plate does not appear.
  • Delivery progress: seven stages with the date of each stage reached. The stages are Checked, Bought, In Inventory, Sold, Loaded To Freight, In Transportation and Delivered.
  • A deal without a car shows "A car is being sourced for you". The details appear after a car is attached.

The shipment

The Shipment section appears on the car card when the shipment is visible to the customer. It shows the carrier, the vessel, the container, the bill of lading, the origin, the destination, the departure, the arrival and the days remaining. A tracking number can be copied. The button Track Shipment opens the tracking link.

A tracked shipment also shows the Live voyage. It lists the status, the estimated arrival, the milestones and the ports of the route. It adds a route map and the time of the last update from the carrier.

What the customer can do

  • Open and download shared documents and invoices. A download link works for a few minutes.
  • Upload a document. Select Send a document and choose ID Document, Contract or Other. The accepted files are PDF, JPG, PNG, Markdown, Word and Excel files. Each file is at most 25 MB.
  • Send messages of up to 5000 characters.
  • Switch the language of the page.

The dashboard sends a notification to the team when the customer sends a message or uploads a document.
