Cash Flow and Sales Trend

One panel shows either chart. When the team member may read deals, a Chart switch offers Cash Flow and Sales.

  • Cash Flow plots In, Out and Net for the reporting period. The empty state reads No Transactions Yet.
  • Sales Trend shows the deals won in each month, for up to 12 months. The empty state reads No Deals Won Yet.

Tasks

The widget lists overdue tasks and the tasks due in the next 7 days. It shows open tasks only.

  1. Read the groups Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and Later This Week. Each group header shows a count.
  2. Select a row to open the task.

An overdue row shows the days late, for example 3 d. A task with the priority High or Urgent carries a priority mark. A line such as 5 more tasks opens the task list. The empty state reads Nothing Due.

Inventory Pipeline

The widget shows the total number of cars and the number with the status In Inventory, written as in stock. One bar for each of the seven car statuses follows, with its count and its share of all cars. Selecting a bar opens the inventory filtered by that status. The empty state reads No Cars Yet.

Aging Stock

The widget shows how long unsold cars have been held. It counts cars that are Checked, Bought, In Inventory, Loaded To Freight or In Transportation.

  • The headline gives the average number of days held.
  • The bars group the cars into 0-30 d, 31-60 d, 61-90 d and 90+ d.
  • A warning line counts the cars held for more than 60 days and the money spent on them.
  • The three oldest cars follow. Selecting one opens the car.

The empty state reads Nothing Held.

Money Due

The widget lists awaiting payments that are overdue or due in the next 30 days.

  • To Receive and To Pay show the two totals.
  • The list shows overdue items first. Selecting an item opens its deal or its car.
  • The title opens the Awaiting page.

The empty state reads Nothing Due.

Arriving Soon

The widget lists exported cars due to arrive in the next 7 days. Each row shows the car and the arrival day. A mark states live tracking. A line such as 2 past due counts shipments whose arrival date has passed. Selecting a row opens the car. The title opens Exports. The empty state reads Nothing Arriving.

Car Profitability

The widget ranks sold cars by money received minus money spent, taken from the ledger. A sold car counts when its status is Sold or Delivered.

A car that still awaits payment appears as a loss until the payment is recorded.

The headline shows the average net per car and the margin. The three most profitable and the three least profitable cars follow. The empty state reads No Cars Sold Yet.

Top Partners

The widget ranks the sales partners by deals won in the reporting period. It shows at most five partners. A team member who may read deal finances sees the value won. Other team members see the number of deals. The empty state reads No Partner Sales Yet.
