Partner List

Use the partner list to find a partner and to compare partners by deals.

Requirements: Partner Directory Access. The Terms column needs Partner Commission Access.

Steps

Select Partners in the sidebar. The heading Sales Partners shows the number of partners.
Enter text in the search box. The box accepts a name, an email address, a phone number, a city or a country.
Open the Status menu and select Active or Archived. The list shows active partners at first.
Open the Sort menu and select an order.
Select Columns to show or hide a column.
Select Previous or Next to move between pages. Each page holds 25 partners.
Select a partner to open the partner page.

Option	Order
Name (A–Z)	Alphabetical. This is the default.
Name (Z–A)	Reverse alphabetical
Recently added	Newest partner first
Longest-standing	Oldest partner first
Most deals	Highest number of deals first
Fewest deals	Lowest number of deals first

The headers Partner and Deals also sort the list when selected.

Column	Content
Partner	The name
Type	Individual or Company
Email	The email address
Phone	The phone number. Hidden at first.
Location	The city and the country
Terms	The standing commission terms
Deals	The number of deals that name the partner
Customers	The number of customers assigned to the partner. Hidden at first.

The browser remembers the chosen columns for the next visit.
The empty list shows No Sales Partners Yet. A search or an archived view without results shows No Partners Match.
The row menu offers Open, Edit, Archive or Restore, and Delete. See Archive or delete a partner.
