The tabs, the data and the actions of the shared task page for an outside assignee



The task page shows one task. The heading reads "Job #" followed by the task number and the task type. The page shows the car of the task, with its make, model, year and plate, when the task has a car.

## The tabs [#the-tabs]

| Tab           | Content                                                                                                                  |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Details**   | The location, the address, a map link, the contact, the instructions, the date by which the work is expected and a link. |
| **Checklist** | The checklist lines with a progress bar.                                                                                 |
| **Media**     | The photos and videos of the task.                                                                                       |
| **Messages**  | A conversation with the dealership.                                                                                      |
| **Finish**    | The form that closes the task.                                                                                           |

The page opens on **Details** when the task has any detail. Otherwise it opens on **Checklist**. The tab **Details** shows "No details" when nothing is recorded.

## What the assignee can do [#what-the-assignee-can-do]

### Answer the checklist [#answer-the-checklist]

Each checklist line has three answers: **OK**, **Problem** and **N/A**. A line that is not answered reads **Not checked**. The assignee can add a note to each line in the field **Add a note…**. The progress bar shows the answered lines out of all lines.

### Add media [#add-media]

In **Media**, the button **Add** uploads photos and videos. The filter offers **All**, **Image** and **Video**. A task holds at most 60 files. A photo is at most 10 MB. A video is at most 100 MB.

### Send messages [#send-messages]

In **Messages**, the assignee writes in the field **Ask a question…**. A message holds up to 5000 characters. The page shows only the comments that the dealership marked as shared. Internal comments stay hidden.

### Finish the task [#finish-the-task]

1. Open the tab **Finish**.
2. Choose the result: **All Good**, **With Notes** or **Problem**.
3. Optional: write a summary in the field **What did you find?**.
4. Select **Mark Done**.

The page shows "Job marked done". The dashboard sets the task to done, stores the result and the summary, and notifies the team.

## After the task is finished [#after-the-task-is-finished]

The page shows "This job is finished." with the summary. The tab **Finish** disappears. The checklist, the media upload and the messages become read-only.

## What the page never shows [#what-the-page-never-shows]

* Internal comments of the dealership.
* Costs and prices.
* Other tasks.
* Customers and partners.

## Notes [#notes]

* The page is available in English, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Azerbaijani. The assignee can switch the language on the page.
* The dashboard shows the three results as "All good", "With reservations" and "Problem found". The page uses the shorter labels **All Good**, **With Notes** and **Problem**.
