The customer, partner and task pages that are shared through a link



A shared page gives a person outside the dealership a view of the data that concerns that person. The visitor needs no account and installs nothing. The dealership creates a link in the dashboard and sends it.

## The three pages [#the-three-pages]

## Access [#access]

Team members without the permission do not see the link panel.

## Common behavior [#common-behavior]

* Each panel offers similar actions: **Create link**, **Open Portal** or **Open Task**, **Copy link**, **Send on WhatsApp**, **Change Link** and **Delete**. The task panel adds **Send on Telegram**.
* **Change Link** replaces the link with a new one. The old link stops working at once. The new link starts a new validity period.
* **Delete** removes the link. The link stops working at once.
* A link has a validity period. The panel shows the expiry date in the row **Expires**. After that date the page shows "Link not valid".
* Every shared page is available in five languages: English, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Azerbaijani. Arabic reads from right to left.
* The visitor can switch the language on the page. The dashboard can also fix the language of a link when the link is copied or sent.
* Anyone who holds a link can open the page. The link should be sent only to the intended person.

## Notes [#notes]

* The shared pages use the words "portal" and "job" in some labels. The guides use "shared page" and "task".
* No shared page shows the purchase price of a car or the internal notes of the dealership.
