Search, sort and arrange the columns of the partner list



Use the partner list to find a partner and to compare partners by deals.

**Requirements:** **Partner Directory Access**. The **Terms** column needs **Partner Commission Access**.

## Steps [#steps]

1. Select **[Partners](https://carlio.app/dashboard/partners)** in the sidebar. The heading **Sales Partners** shows the number of partners.
2. Enter text in the search box. The box accepts a name, an email address, a phone number, a city or a country.
3. Open the **Status** menu and select **Active** or **Archived**. The list shows active partners at first.
4. Open the **Sort** menu and select an order.
5. Select **Columns** to show or hide a column.
6. Select **Previous** or **Next** to move between pages. Each page holds 25 partners.
7. Select a partner to open the partner page.

## Sort options [#sort-options]

| Option               | Order                              |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **Name (A–Z)**       | Alphabetical. This is the default. |
| **Name (Z–A)**       | Reverse alphabetical               |
| **Recently added**   | Newest partner first               |
| **Longest-standing** | Oldest partner first               |
| **Most deals**       | Highest number of deals first      |
| **Fewest deals**     | Lowest number of deals first       |

The headers **Partner** and **Deals** also sort the list when selected.

## Columns [#columns]

| Column        | Content                                                           |
| ------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Partner**   | The name                                                          |
| **Type**      | **Individual** or **Company**                                     |
| **Email**     | The email address                                                 |
| **Phone**     | The phone number. Hidden at first.                                |
| **Location**  | The city and the country                                          |
| **Terms**     | The standing commission terms                                     |
| **Deals**     | The number of deals that name the partner                         |
| **Customers** | The number of customers assigned to the partner. Hidden at first. |

## Notes [#notes]

* The browser remembers the chosen columns for the next visit.
* The empty list shows **No Sales Partners Yet**. A search or an archived view without results shows **No Partners Match**.
* The row menu offers **Open**, **Edit**, **Archive** or **Restore**, and **Delete**. See [Archive or delete a partner](/docs/partners/archive-or-delete-a-partner).
